1930’s Leedy Parallel - Black Diamond Pearl

Here is a nice old Leedy Dual 5x14 solid mahogany snare drum. Finished in original Black Diamond Pearl, copper colored plating and decorative engraved hoops, this is a beautiful example of Leedy’s top of the line drums of the mid 1930’s.

The top set of snare wires has been removed making this a great playing and very practical snare drum. The original Leedy bottom wire snares have been replaced with a beautiful set of hand-made Parallel wires made by the great Adrian Kirchler of AK Drums, Italy. The adjustment knobs are also faithful reproductions by Mr. Kirchler. The throw-off lever is not shown in the photos but will be included. It is nickel plated. Parallel strainer works great.
