SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All drum sets are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Snare drums and smaller items are shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS, depending on location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All drums are shipped via U.S. Postal Air Mail. We do not offer surface (by boat) shipping. Due to Postal size restrictions, only drum sets with 14x20 bass drums or smaller can be shipped internationally with Air Mail. Sometimes, it is possible to ship a larger bass drum (14x20 bass drums can be shipped internationally with Air Mail. Sometimes, it is possible to ship a larger bass drum (14x20 bass drums or smaller can be shipped internationally with Air Mail service. Sometimes, it is possible to ship a larger bass drum by removing hardware. However, this allows for less packing material and increases the possibility of damage during shipping. Anything larger must be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) which is more expensive.

PACKING: In order to keep shipping costs to a minimum, drums may be packed or “nested” one inside another whenever possible. This is a safe and economic way to ship drum sets. All drums are well packed in order to prevent damage.
