FAQ
GONE...but not forgotten
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you offer Lay-Away? Yes, we offer Lay-Away for three months on most purchases.

2. Do you sell parts? No, we do not offer replacement parts such as lugs, tension rods, hoops, etc.

3. Do you do repairs or refinishing? No. For repairs and refinishing, we recommend Jack Lawton or Precision Drum Co.

4. Can I visit your store and see the drums in person? Unfortunately, Cooper's Vintage Drums does not have an actual storefront and personal visits are not possible. We are strictly an on-line store.

5. What if I am unhappy with my purchase? If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund (not including shipping). You must contact Cooper's within five days of receipt of items.

6. Do you accept trades? Yes, on certain items.

7. Do you have other items for sale that are not listed? Yes, often, we have many drums and drum sets that are not yet listed. Please ask....we may have it!

8. Why do some of your snare drums have no snare wires? Often, the old vintage wires are either long gone or damaged so rather than replace them, we leave that choice up to the new owner. Snare wires, like drum heads, are a personal choice and there are many different styles available. For true vintage-style replacements, we recommend PureSound.

9. Do you sell cymbals? No, not at this time.

10. How often do you update your site? We update constantly. To be sure that you are always viewing the most current information, use the "refresh" or "reload" button on your computer. Often, old out-of-date ("cached") listings are still floating around in cyberspace.
